About the Role

Part-time | Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays

This role is responsible for setting the best first impression of our office. Duties include management of reception and administrative duties as required.  Delivery of excellent customer service to new and existing clients as well as staff members and other members of the public is essential.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role would be desirable;
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service;
  • High standard of computer skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally;
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required and work within a team;
  • Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Preferable knowledge of LEAP Practice Management Software
