We have two centres in Greensborough that offer family dispute resolution (FDR), as well as counselling and group programs, to help families to resolve family law disputes. When separating couples attend FDR with us, we initially talk to each person separately to determine whether FDR is appropriate.
Our Greensborough Family Relationship Centre provides FDR for separating or separated couples with parenting-related conflicts. There are minimal fees for this service, with no fees for clients on Health Care Cards. A fee of $30 per appointment is charged for clients with incomes of $50,000 or more. At our second centre in Greensborough, we offer FDR for both parenting and property matters, with fees charged on a sliding scale based on household income.
