| Richard has more than 40 years' experience as a Family Lawyer. Over this time, he has guided hundreds of people through the stressful process of separation and divorce and dealing with domestic violence. Richard firmly believes that negotiation is the best way to resolve disputes, going to Court only after every other approach has been exhausted. He works tirelessly to get a fair settlement and the best possible outcome for everyone involved. Our clients value his extensive experience in the field, Richard was one of the first lawyers in Victoria to become an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Interests
Richard has lived in the area for over 40 years with his wife and children and is active in the community.
He founded the Greensborough Legal Referral Service at the then Citizens Advice Bureau (now the Diamond Valley Support) in Greensborough.
When he is not helping clients, Richard divides his spare time between two ageing black Labradors, an interest in space research, his wife, children and three grandchildren and a couple of classic cars (not in that order of course!).
