Martha Pagonas is a Family Law Paralegal, working with our Family Law team.

Martha has been working predominantly in Family Law for more than 30 years. Martha joined our firm more than 22 years ago! 

She is Paralegal to Shane Williams, Richard Tonkin and Cassandra Selvaggio. 

Martha’s wealth of experience allows her to assist clients during their emotional and stressful journey through separation. Her professionalism, compassionate and sensitive approach ensures that clients understand legal processes and that their experience with us is as easy and stress free as possible. 


Martha and her husband are empty nesters and live in the northern suburbs. 

She enjoys travelling overseas and spending weekends and summer holidays away at her beach house. Martha enjoys taking her dog, Boss, for long walks and giving her cockatiel, Charlie, neck scratches.

Martha believes that keeping fit is important and enjoys working out with her personal trainer each week.
