Marlee Viero specialises in Wills and Powers of Attorney and guiding our clients through the legal process when someone dies. She also works in Family Law.

Marlee is an experienced Wills and Estate Planning lawyer. 

She loves this area of law and is passionate about the opportunity to help people plan for the future, and make sure their wishes are carried out and their families protected when they die.

She has successfully guided many people through the legal process that takes place when someone dies (with or without a will).  

Marlee also works in Family Law, helping clients navigate separation and finalise their divorces.

Marlee's calm, friendly and highly organised approach makes working through these matters much less stressful for our clients.

While at La Trobe University, Marlee was active with the Law Students' Association. She mentored law school students and was the Director of Competitions and a competition judge.
